Create your project and upload a supported model. Without BIM, start with a request describing the property and required work.

The server generates 3D and related calculations. Review construction components, cutting plans and check results.

Confirm suitable catalogue items and enter your rates. Verified quantities feed the linked estimate.

Installed quantities and purchased materials are counted separately. Unknown consumption factors need review.

Reference work prices are collected from three Latvian sources. They do not replace your saved rates.

A full total requires verification of all included quantities and prices. A missing price is not treated as zero.
What to know
How do I start a BIM project?
Log in, create a project and upload a model in a supported format. The server runs the calculation. Without a source model, start with a request describing the property and work.
Can we work together?
Yes. The owner gives registered participants viewing or editing access. Access can be revoked without exposing the user's other projects.
Where do prices come from, and how often do they update?
Published work prices from BRIGADA, SADZIVESDARBI and BAUFONDS are collected monthly. Sources may use starting prices, ranges and different VAT conditions. These are reference data, not a complete price including materials. Saved manual prices are not overwritten.
What happens after a model changes?
Related calculations and the estimate are marked as needing an update. After recalculation and mapping checks, quantities update in the same estimate while manual prices remain. Uncertain quantities and disputed mappings require review.
